In my teens and twenties I found that Western Medicine held no solution for the excruciating pain I suffered from endometriosis and subsequent chronic fatigue. Finding solace in yoga, Chinese Medicine and empowered lifestyle changes, I studied further the modalities that brought me relief. My life changed from barely existing, to enjoying life's gifts to the fullest.

I graduated with first class honours in Chinese Medicine at ICOM, which included 5 Elements, TCM and Stems & Branches in the curriculum. I’m fully accredited with BAcC. Where appropriate, I use non-needle techniques, which are gentle and nourishing.  I have 20 years experience of therapeutic massage and teaching yoga, specialising in women's health.

I’m not here to heal you, to tell you what to do, nor make assumptions about your lived experience. I am here to remove blocks using the patterns of nature, so your body heals itself.

When you receive a treatment from me, I listen, I observe then I create a bespoke treatment plan to remind your body of it’s remarkable regenerative capability. You are invited to connect with your intuitive understanding of your body’s cues, which you can translate to active self-care that will support your transformation.

Together, we create the foundation for a deep shift in your wellbeing, to empower you to meet your health goals, so you can live your fullest life in the rhythms of nature.
