Acupuncture with moxa

After a comprehensive medical intake, I treat using the minimum number of needles to influence both symptoms and the root cause of your issue. Balancing understanding of Eastern & Western Medical theory a prescription is chosen, which may include moxa to take nourishing warmth deep into the tissue. Bookings are available in two locations.

Direct moxa without needles

Using tiny moxa cones that are extinguished to ensure a pain-free experience, shown here with a Fukaya tube, this is an exceptional method can be an entire treatment alone or supplement needling. It can treat posture imbalances as well as have similar effects to needling. It's particularly useful for nourishing the blood. The full range of options is available at the Hove clinic.

I was fortunate to be introduced to this topic when I was an undergrad at ICOM and the vastness of it's use has led me to study further.
