March is Endometriosis Awareness Month. Following the success of the event for Menopause Awareness Month in October, I have designed a day of supportive practices, information and deep rest specifically for women suffering from menstrual issues of any kind - even if you have yet to receive a diagnosis.

You will leave informed, refreshed and uplifted. It will be timetabled to be suitable for you, even on your worst day. You will experience understanding, compassion and a toolkit for ongoing self care.
